Hosiery manufacturing workshop in Shandong Huaxing Textile Co., Ltd was up and running in the end of February, 2014. Total investment is 0.12 billion RMB. Construction area is 6000 square meters. It has 176 Jinlong hosiery machines which are domestic advanced equipments, among which there are 22 double needle machines(5 full-automatic and 17 semi-automatic), 154 semi-automatic single needle hosiery machines(containing 44 pile knitting machine and many 144 needle, 168 needle, 200 needle and invisible hosiery machine ***re clinders) . We mainly produce business socks, sports socks, function healthcare socks and military socks with different specifications. Now, the co***ny has formed a complete set of manufacturing management system. It can not only finish orders with high quality and efficiency, but also capture market effectively. It guarantees socks sales volume and earns excellent reputation and public praise. In December 2014, our co***ny cooperated with Shanghai Threegun Co., Ltd. We signed a 700.000 RMB order and completed it smoothly. By this cooperation, our technology level raised and got the recognization of the market. In consistent cooperation with hosiery elite enterprises such as Shanghai Xinci and Qingdao TOngyu, our technology and quality becomes mature, and market is opening gradually.
